1、U型玻璃的建筑設(shè)計(jì)
1.1 全U型玻璃作為墻體材料可用于內(nèi)、外墻及屋面。墻體具有良好的透光性，背光面墻面產(chǎn)生漫放射光感、光線柔和；雙排安裝時(shí)還有較好的隔聲與隔熱效果，并可以重復(fù)利用，是一種節(jié)能環(huán)保的新型材料。
1.2 外墻一般用于多層建筑，玻璃的高度取決于風(fēng)荷載、玻璃距地高度及玻璃連接方式等。F2頁(yè)中提供了德國(guó)工業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)1055＂DIN-1249＂、＂DIN-18056＂有關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)，供多層建筑和高層建筑進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)選用。
1.3 U型玻璃墻長(zhǎng)度大于6000，高度超過(guò)4500時(shí)，應(yīng)核算墻身的穩(wěn)定，采取相應(yīng)措施。具體做法另詳見(jiàn)工程設(shè)計(jì)。
1.4 U型玻璃屬不燃燒材料，如有特殊要求時(shí)，應(yīng)按有關(guān)規(guī)范進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。
1.5 U型玻璃按造型及建筑使用功能分別采取八種組合方式，見(jiàn)下表。U型玻璃可單排或雙排安裝；根據(jù)建筑設(shè)計(jì)的需要，可以垂直安裝、水平或坡向安裝；安裝時(shí)留通風(fēng)縫或無(wú)通風(fēng)縫均可。本圖集僅提供了常用的單排翼朝外（或內(nèi)）和雙排翼在接縫處成對(duì)排列兩種組合方式，若采用其他組合方式時(shí)應(yīng)注明。
1.6 U型玻璃按表面處理方式不同，有普通壓花玻璃、鋼化玻璃、貼膜玻璃、彩色玻璃等，設(shè)計(jì)選用時(shí)除普通壓花玻璃外，選用其余玻璃應(yīng)予注明。
1.7 U型玻璃用于濕度較大的房間且室內(nèi)外溫差較大時(shí)，應(yīng)處理好玻璃表面露水的排泄及下滴問(wèn)題。
1.8 用于外墻的U型玻璃，玻璃墻的長(zhǎng)度根據(jù)個(gè)體設(shè)計(jì)，但應(yīng)滿足下框料隨著結(jié)構(gòu)的變形絕對(duì)值不能夠超過(guò)15，否則應(yīng)考慮中間增加固定措施或與廠家協(xié)商配合施工。
2、 U型玻璃的主要物理、力學(xué)性能

2.6 耐火極限：U型玻璃的耐火極限為0.75h。
3 、U型玻璃框口的安裝：
3.1 用膨脹螺栓將邊框固定在建筑洞口中；或用螺栓、柳釘和已有受力鋼框架錨固。邊框可用直角或斜角連接。邊框每側(cè)應(yīng)至少有3個(gè)固定點(diǎn)。上下框料每隔400?600應(yīng)有1隔固定點(diǎn)；螺栓或柳釘?shù)拇笮 ⑿吞?hào)應(yīng)由廠家按照具體工程的實(shí)際情況計(jì)算確定。
3.2 保證上下框口尺寸條件下，U型玻璃可采用型鋼構(gòu)造組成框口安裝。
1. Architectural design of u-shaped glass

1.4 u-shaped glass is a non-combustible material. If there are special requirements, it shall be designed according to relevant specifications.
1.5 the u-shaped glass adopts eight combinations according to its modeling and architectural functions, as shown in the table below. U-shaped glass can be installed in single or double rows; Vertical, horizontal or slope installation may be required for the design of the building; Ventilation joint or no ventilation joint can be left during installation. This atlas only provides two common combinations of single-row wings facing outwards (or inwards) and double-row wings arranged in pairs at the joints. If other combinations are adopted, it should be noted.
1.6 different surface treatment methods for u-shaped glass include ordinary embossed glass, tempered glass, laminated glass and colored glass. In addition to ordinary embossed glass, the selection of other glass shall be noted.
1.7 when the u-shaped glass is used in the room with high humidity and the temperature difference between inside and outside is large, the problem of dew discharge and droplet on the glass surface should be dealt with well.
1.8 u-shaped glass used for external walls. The length of the glass wall shall be designed according to the individual, but the absolute value of the lower frame material with the deformation of the structure shall not exceed 15.

3. Installation of u-shaped glass frame:
3.1 fix the frame in the opening of the building with expansion bolts; Or with bolts, rivets and an existing stressed steel frame anchorage. Borders can be connected at right or oblique angles. Each side of the border shall have at least 3 fixed points. The upper and lower frame materials should have 1 fixed point every 400 ~ 600; The size and type of bolts or rivets shall be determined by the manufacturer according to the actual situation of the specific project.
3.2 under the condition of ensuring the size of upper and lower frame orifice, u-shaped glass can be installed with frame orifice composed of steel structure.
